Outside the square here, there are plenty of boadering countries that do not have or have limited capacity to produce enough distillates for their own needs, Chad is one that comes to mind, getting it's refined fuels from Cabinda that is overstreched I might add. So in coming years there will be less of a supply crunch in West Africa,
Angolas expected to romp on with 20%+ growth this year.
