In a pan fry the follow until brown:
¾ cup diced pancetta.
1 diced shallots.

Add the following and simmer for a few minutes:
400 gm can tomato.
1.5 cups seafood stock.
1 teaspoon brown sugar.

Add the following:
300 to 500 gm flaked crab meat small scrimps or the like.

And ‘some’ of the following:
¼ cup chopped parsley complete stalk.
½ dozen anchovies.
1 tablespoon cappers.
½ teaspoon jerk paste.
Xo sauce to taste.
A few splashes soy sauce.
A splash brandy.
A splash of liquid smoke.
A pinch saffron.
Serve on pasta.

Quite a nice and easy one. Have to make some seafood stock though.
Have a hankering for some crab. Looks good. Could be on the menu
