I think Nicholg20's post just stated what the cash costs were for FML to produce in caps.

IMO and more than likely many others,if it gets pulled just beacuse of that,it is pretty weak(go on pull this post because I have expressed an honest viewpoint,and i'll stay across the road, never to return).

Anyway for those that haven't read,from the quarterly released on 31/1/08 it states the costs to produce the Perseverance deposit as-

Base case
Cash operating costs/oz-$533
Total costs/oz-inc royalties/transport to plant-$577

Upside Case(after upgrades)
Cash operating costs/oz-$432
Total costs/oz-inc royalties/transport to plant-$468

As you can see quite low cost with decent returns on current gold prices(even if they do hedge around AU$1050)for a small scale underground operation if they keep within these figures with just so much scope to prove up more reserves and extend mine life for many years.
