The problem looks to be that we still have the CN hanging over our head and no way for any cash to come in from the rubies. We still don't know how the cash will be split between MUS and Regius. Looks to be less than $5 million dollars to MUS after pricing in the high priced Fura shares.

With luck CJ & CVW will disappear off into the sunset and MUS will rebirth as a graphite miner with a new board. Rather a sad end to an interesting project.
