If they want mine at $1.35 they can attempt to compulsorily acquire them from me.

Assuming I can get a few others to join me, then we will see what the Court says about whether $1.35 is fair and reasonable.

T2 are doing everything possible to make this look good, as they know they are effectively stealing your shares at well below face value.

I wonder if they know what's coming in the updated Independent Experts report, I suspect the $1.62-$1.92 range will have increased since the last report.
