remember the last anns were mainly updates on logistics for implementing the plan (appointed study contractor not started study) and a way to fast track the plan (not plan execution)and see what happened. If this is about fast tracking the plan execution ie the planned task to "Financing due to start april 2009" now complete then this will go faster than ever.
If you have a sell up to 2.20 and are going to wait and see, you may well get mown down in the rush on open.
