When you say "favourable" do you mean they will or wont get a look at the books?
As far as I know this is all that will be decided.The only thing that might be further revealed is the reasons for wanting to open the books/records but then one would think its a closed hearing so the public probably wont be aware of any decision or progress until they publish the hearing notes.
Speculative buying on the outcome?
Pretty hefty buying for a "look at the books/records" outcome.Still,Aussies have been known to have a punt on sillier things as have Aim punters too!!!
