Yes I do know that so why do you have a 'need' to inflict the imposition of taxation (state violence) on ALL charities and ALL Churches (I note you didn't include Mosques, temples and other places of worship in your generalisation?) because 'some' of them operate in ways that YOU personally do not like? You dislike of those organisation that operate as shams or border on criminality is EXACTLY what you berate me for when I complain that government does the exact same thing, only on a much broader and much more damaging scale. Like most atheists (whatever) you seem to have an irrational hatred of that which you do not understand or reject and yet, quite hypocritically applaud the same behaviours in mere human organisations such as government that religious people (rightly) give to God? Yes there are many snakes in the temple these days, but state violence is not the answer, it never has been.
