I think it will be near impossible for a shark to buy us out if that registry is as tight as it seems.
I for one would oppose this vehemently, management would not sell and I am sure that many here are very high in the 100 000s of thousands of shares, they would oppose a cheap buyout.
What is unknown (but I suspect) is the big shareholders are rusted on to ARL for the long term.
I also suspect that anyone trying to get a substantial enough holding will have difficulty acquiring the numbers required to launch an attack.
And then finally management would not recommend such a takeover.
We are going to production, with good partners.
