Oct and Nov issues.......and I just happen to be in the first top 10 picks for WA :)
In November realestate.com had 12 pages of properties for sale in the location...now down to 8 and a lot of the ones left already under offer. Two I have watched in recent weeks have sold with 3 weeks of the signs going up.
Not surprising really, good value buying now and rents increasing hugely. The only ones staying longer than a few weeks are asking premium pricing, they are selling at near those prices but damn slowly.
