I was at the EGM which was held to approve the Nissui deal and the demerger of the CO2 business.
Both were approved.
The CEO then went through the presentation that was released just prior to the meeting.

It was a very detailed presentation.
I am a long term holder who firmly believes that PSD will be successful - I came away from the meeting even more confident that the project is on track and will be a success. The level of expertise withing the Company, the extent of the R&D they undertake (and with whom) is impressive.
The level of detailed due diligence undertaken by Nissui was amazing - they clearly decided this project is a winner.
Check out the presentation and the revised construction program for stage 1 - some of which was expected to be approved by the Board this week and also be aware that the NT government is ahead of schedule on the infrastructure upgrades that they are funding (not something they would be doing if they had any reservations...
