Has anyone think it is a bit odd for the SPP. It has 21000 holders on registry, and if each subscribe for the $15k, it will raise $300m instead of $8m it asked. The only explanation is it just aim for some cash from the 2.3% suckers, not all shareholders because no one in the company management actually believe the company can get money from normal channel.

It is smell very fishing indeed, why they need this $8m in such deceptive way? think my friends before put your money in.
