Thanks for the rundown on stand alone rail infrastructure and to me it does make a lot of sense re: dilution issue as opposed to it becoming part of the production process. Do you think there would be a greater degree of difficulty in raising the capital as a stand alone project and if so how in your view would be the best way of achieving this?
