under the rules allowing 3% to be purchased every 6 months R Lauder started buying this 3% on 27th March and completed on 16th May.
My reading of the Takeovers Act indicates the he now has to wait out the 6 month period and if desired he can start buying again on 27th September.
Could be wrong and happy to be corrected.
