can't remember 3X the whole register, getting turnover of the whole free float i would consider high volume; otherwise at 3X register with so much tied up, it basically just represents a whole bunch of day trading which is noise (eg if 30% free float outside mgt and instos and large HNW, 3X register actually represents every available share changing hands 9 times effectively, which is just nuts i would think)
