In my point of view, there are shown a lot of upside potential .
I read the Ann more than one times and I think they should concentrate of one or two projects with the most potential to bring it into mining ASAP.( next 6 month)
My point would be to start ( after short explorations) to bring the diamonds out of the ground and make money,if needed by hand.
I expect ,that the diamond ground could be the company maker for all other project's.
The fact that dev have "only" 1.2m cash they need to change something to bring all projects in parallel at home.
What I see as I do a research at lucapa Ann's , I see that they found a lot of high quality/class diamonds and therefore millions of dollars.
So my please to dev would be to set the focus on diamonds to bring cash into the other projects.
There are some opportunities to bring out the diamonds with low cost alluval mining equipment just only to make money.
That is needed to reduce the needed CR 's for all the work which is needed to hold the other projects running.
My own thinking about dev is, that they have great projects and a lot of upside potential if the management find out the right strategy and after this, everything is possible here!!!!
