Me, I took it to be a zone 50m wide parallel to the line of intersection of the two veins. I think they said the veins come from different foliations and by the look of the images on the screen, the dips of the foliations differ by 5-10 degrees. This would make the thickness of the 50m wide zone about 7-12m at its thickest. I got the impression that the veins thicken where they approach one another but are not necessarily thicker elsewhere. Now if the zone of intersection is 200m long...
50 x (3 + (7+12)/2) / 2 x 200 x 2.6 ~ 150,000t.
Mestre 48 g/t over 0.1m = 2.4 g/t in development at 2m high. Need plenty of low dilution stopes to beef up that grade! As for Cascavel at 22 g/t and 4 g/t, development would dilute those grades to waste or, to the grades that ran through the plant under previous management.
