Was a long term SDL holder may jump back in again but not at moment. Assuming they find their resource it is the finance requirements that are huge. IMO At moment only Chinese who could finance same. It would be interesting if FMG would get the finance now. It was touch and go and they paid a premium when money was plentiful.
