Well, yes, on no less than your perception/opinion on the value.
Because, unless you sell your shares today at $1.86 (assuming the stock trades at, or above, that level), it implies that you believe it is worth more than $1.86.
People are happy to quote broker target prices of $3.50/share as some indicator of value, but then try to argue that it is value accretive when new shares are issued at a level
"So let’s just ignore the actual value of the company, which is easy to calculate."
Is it?
So, can you point out to me where people - other than stockbroking analysts and their "pulled-out-of-there-derriere" target prices - have derived valuations for MSB on this forum?
And, in that same vein, care to say what you think MSB is worth?
