You are a non share holder. I think this is a real positive for the Company, as does the investors in the US and pre-open, appears the Australian ones are happy as well. Regardless of it being value accretive or what not the shares are at 20% premium, the SH's aren't getting bent over and its more money for MSB with Tasly having to do the heavy lifting in China and we just hold our hand out and collect assuming all goes to plan.

If i was a non share holder, I would be happy for the people that invested money here as I believe the Company is moving in the right direction, and from the reports of the conference call it sounds like more deals are on the way.
