You are a non share holder. I think this is a real positive for the Company, as does the investors in the US and pre-open, appears the Australian ones are happy as well.

Problem is, that exact same argument was made at great when MSB entered into arrangements with Cephalon, Celgene, Mallingkrodt, JC Pharmaceuticals, Kentgrove Capital, etc. etc., and today the share price is still a lot lower.

As for MSB shareholders being happy, I am sure those who have seen 75% of the value of their stock being wiped off over the past 7 or 8 years are unlikely to describe themselves as "happy".
