It's more gamesmanship from Trump, given the US doesn't even have the capacity to supply the domestic market to any great extent any more. Interesting to watch how it plays-out though. Would make US reactors even more uneconomic, though the yellowcake is only a small cost of production. That's my first glance read of it anyway.
