I don't know who the heck is selling at these prices when they have just made a big discovery with great reservoir characteristics and probably even more oil below AND with PS3 still to report which had much higher chance of success.
In finding oil instead of gas, we also may not have to be as concerned about the cap ex costs involved for gas as well.
