Go for the inner city. People want convenience, lifestyle, no tolls, no sitting in traffic, close to employment, smaller petrol bills, close to airport, communities of like minded... list goes on. Prices are booming in inner west and east. Redfern, Erko, Alexandria are going off. Forget the burbs.
