    also, the convertible notes michael west is referring to are not the ones that are part of the MS deal, they are the ones issued when ABC refinanced, yes that's right, REFINANCED, its term debt for 3 years last year.

    but typical michael west style he makes that ambiguous and is clearly trying to imply it applies to yesterday's convertible notes.
