But gives transparency to a suspicious reward system as seen by a majority of shareholders.
Sounds like you’re even against a sentence being publicly displayed, stating the number of shareholders who voted 'for and against' the remuneration resolution.
It should be a majority of shareholders who determine whether the management team deserve the rewards.
Not by the minority of shareholders as is the current case!
