I learned few things from webcast.
1. Silvu itsecu, in previous webcast had mentioned that they might be doing deals with local companies with strong commercial and distribution channels. Rightly so, this deal came through.
2. Again today, he mentioned that they are looking for similar sort of companies in japan and korea. Looks like deal is there to be taken as well.
3. Silvu itsecu strategy looks like having alliances with asian companies as japan, korea, singapore and china as those markets and governments regulations are very hard to navigate on their own so collaboration with local companies are way to go. Also, it provides them much flexibility and options while having discussions with potential partners in US and Europe market, which silvu always mentions that these are the major markets MSB focusing on. Therefore, if needed they can setup their own distribution channels, particularly in US.
4. We might see agvhd deal in china too.
5. 18 months runaway for fund
6. Data sharing between MSB and tasly pharmaceuticals group to facilitate the approval process in both China and US
7. Deal approval in 1 months time.
8. Potential to expand the partnership in other candidates too.
9. Tasly group connection to 22000 hospitals.
