Uauu... let's do it... let's kick him out... the guy have been there for 9 months, and didn't drawn any income jet, and futher payment for their service will be depend on targets. Let's bring someone else that will charge a fee and independent of how much gold is produced his fees will have to be pay... and if they became another dude CEO we just pay his compnsation for early termination and hope that the next one will be a better one... the bars for the impatient investor have been lift!
