    Total project $1B, that's $600M for 60%, leaving AED 40%. $400M by 150M shares = $2.60 .. But i suspect they'll be a market discount, so say $2.20.

    But no time table for getting production up and running.

    Great news for all NWE holders :) .. and I think someone owes everyone else a case of beer :)
