I had to throw some numbers around - needed confirmation....
- Valuation using 18c EPS with a 4% growth rate I've got as ~$2.20 (current P/E = 7.7)
- Valuation using 9c DPS (usually 50-60% payout) with 4% growth rate $2.05 (estimated dividend yield = 6.5%)
Interest cover is good, margins are increasing... just gotta get the monkey off its back
