Who says our calendar time should be based on 360 days (plus 4 days not counted ??) because it doesn't make for an accurate calendar. No wonder dates for all the Biblical prophecies and supposed events keep changing.
You still haven't explained what you refer to with "using moon for time".
I really don't see how the use of Calendars named after Julius Caesar or Pope Gregory XIII and names for the days of the week can affect the actual time passed.
The calendar itself doesn't make things happen ... it is just a method of recording and keeping track of the passing of time and certain events.
