You would think that if the project is so good, that the Japanese investors would happily put up the money needed at a lower interest rate than 12% which our ""saviors"" PALA are charging.
And where is the money coming from to pay that interest may I ask?
I heard the presentation at Noosa today, but there was NOTHING new that hasn't been announced.
I wonder why I bother to go listen to their 10 minute blurb.
DFS is based on $21000 US. If the price doesn't get there and stay there....the mine probably won't go ahead, as the IRR is only 23% at that price. The higher the tin price goes, the more likely we will see our money back. Mind you....they still have to come up with funds to pay for getting the whole shebang up and running. So more dilution or loans to come.
