I have been involved in plenty of placements with plenty of companies that have not disclosed who the investors in a placement were. Most likely in this case , clients of the lead broker involved with the placement.

If the makeup of the registry concerns you so much , if you have enough clout, you can ring up the share registry and they will happily give you an up to date list.

Btw your post is ridiculous. Van raised 5 million with ease and I believe they could have done double that if they wished. I see you own vxr which actually I do rate as a pretty decent prospect. Bet they couldn’t raise 5 million bucks right now.
