What happened to the idea that with these placements we are effectively paying the "ferry-man" and getting them set to benefit from the substantial sp increase to come when CVI announces the right news.

If this is the case then these cheap placements would seem logical as a 17.5c to 50c jump would be a higher % gain than say 50c to $1.

If the "ferry man" isn't set at these basement prices, the permits probably wouldn't happen anyway. Nothing is free in this world.
