The criticism is valid but its your choice to believe it or not. Sovereign risk is a valid criticism. The corruption that goes on in Angola is valid. The overwhelming number of placements is valid. The BRR interviews that seem like ramping from the MD is valid.
The direction of the share price on a chart is valid.
The lack of earnings from the company makes it a spec...that is valid.
The fact that they have so many irons in the fire that they couldnt possibly work with all the projects if they came good is valid.
Their lack of focus in one area ie strategy is a valid criticism.

Now you can choose to deny all that and say its not valid but it doesnt make it so.
You will weigh your investment decisions based on your own thoughts.
