    Drop in share price reflects SH/investors confidence. I acknowledge the potentials for MGC and that it takes time and myself am holding ... but ... I can see three things why that confidence has deminished or at least not reflecting potentials;

    1- The Varmco deal. Yes I trust it is still in place BUT inconsistencies in progress, and communication of, has cast doubt in not only the deal otself but management's ability to handle such deals efficiently/effectively (i.e. broader implications for MGC's projected standings),

    2- The "spreading oneself thin" effect. Yes I myself am ok with ambition that MGC is applying but from an average SH/investor perspective a tangible outcome/reward can go a long way after a reasonable length of time before/while expending. Note that an "investor" is not necessarily Andrew Forrest type but can be an entity which is interested in short term return for its clients.

    3- I hear what has been said about the "real" vs "perceived" salary received by the management and if they are going to make this big then I am ok with that ... but ... if the real or the perceived salary is what most believe/perceive then one can underestand how it can promote question over whether the management is in it for themselves or for SHs? demoting confidence.

    In conclusion, whatever that is, I believe consistent flow of information through ASX announcements, even if it highlights hurdles, can go a long way in maintaining confidence and SP which would better reflect potentials.

    Tweeting/Facebook or even website info are NOT official and what is formally expected of a listed company (for one thing, that type of info can be deleted by the source!). Yes, fine for reflecting management is "in touch" with SHs but NOT what is REQUIRED and effective as a listed company.
