They're not founders though, there is no comparison between someone like Zuckerberg and flipping an asset. Which is what this is. Post IPO, as far as market cap goes we'll be back to where we were a few years ago. It's like issuing a huge reward for digging a hole and filling it back in. Better than a kick in the nuts, to be sure, but let's not pretend shareholders will be sitting pretty post IPO. I worked tirelessly for the money I invested in MCT, others call it doing your job.

Please cut out the condescending tone, I've been through about eight company liquidations (including KZL), it's not vindictive but pushing back against gratuitous handouts. Not getting a bonus is really not the big deal you're making it out to be, hardly the end of the world for directors if it gets voted down. Big deal, they still get a healthy salary, life goes on.
