    Then you get the ongoing fees on property such as rates which is worked out on the current council valuation of your land.

    I think the governments are more liable than just promoting the property bubble they actually created it with their control over lending rates and now the refusal to raise rates by the ARB. The government is still pumping up the bubble.
    The market and the CB creates higher rates when they want to, the RBA by just raising the lending rate and the banks by raising their rates and sighting higher funding costs. Yeah higher funding costs what a load of BS given the banks are all related its a scam just like big corporations that claim a loss on their tax because borrowing costs from their own controlling corporate lent to them.
