Agree. They will move up to 35 or 40 cents by weeks end (or early next week after a next weekend meeting) if they dont get filled.
So the message CLEARLY is...DONT SELL...
Once they get filled, they wack up another order within minutes.
That shows how keen they are.
Why on earth would you sell to a Chinese Steel Mill?
