Agreed, it will take a bit time to get infant formula products ready to Chinese market if happens.
Regarding market share, it doesn't depends on the timing, but depends on the product differentiation, marketing and distributions. If they were developing an organic infant formula and getting their manufacturing facility a CNCA licence for infant formula, then it would be another BAL.
