I have made this point several times. you can just see the difference in mindset between US and Australians

The cornerstone investor from the US didn't quibble over price..they believe in what ACW is doing, put in a huge investment and will wait to see the outcome

Australian so called '' institutions'' would have had no idea what ACW does, would have bent them over a barell on price and would have spent the next two years flogging them for a pip, ensuring the sp remained in the toilet

I guess it's the difference in mentaility
