With absolute respect Gertom I disagree.
I understand the truth in what you are saying....
To value add you need the quality... Look at the Peer Group .... People are comparing and people are getting more discerning. They are working out who is viable... who has the margins and the assets... who is the leader and how that pushes the rest down. Risk reduction and leverage are powerful motivations.
I prognosticated a Bearish reaction down to 10 cents. I did so months ago. Why? The Peers who got to investors firstest in this race are often not the ones that last the race. Now these investors jumping in are doing so because TLG has some strong factors in its favor like lots of MOU and glossies. Still it is about Firstest and the mostest at commerical levels. It is also about the product supply chain if you want to value add and vertically integrate.
I am happy to be wrong and TLG has done some big pull backs before. I think the smart money is working things out and i think that being the leader matters. Look at SYR... Look at China in the Flaker marketplace.
What it comes down to in my opinion is what i call the Peer Group Destabilisation as one in a new material clearly gets the jump and is clearly the disruptor. Calling it in the first few years has its perils because typically new materials take a full 25 year process. That was of course before the effect of processing powers exponential growth and Graphene ....
We are in a new age and what counts is things like Quality, Scalability, Purity, Price, CAPEX, OPEX and IP.....
I don't make this assessment of the Peer Group lightly.... I suggest a comparison between the Quality of every one of the top GRAPHENERS in the world..... I think it will highlight what i am saying.
No material in world is exploding like GRAPHENE but don't let Investors fool you. They come in all the time just before the Group continues to go against them.
Also the TLG management are great at selling and marketing but to the big boys they don't care...
Soemthing as simple as the costs are effected by quality and debt incurred is effected by the quality and so on....
TLG's position is that in my opinion the group no longer looks at it as the front runner.
EASY to be 100% wrong! Happy to be wrong!!!! Lets bake lots of GRAPHENE pies!!!!
Have a great weekend.
I will come back soon. This is just my opinion looking at the metrics!!!!
Kind Regards
DYOR!!!
To err is human!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
