    For clarity, Orinoco takes 100% of all gold production now and going forward.

    You can find that little tidbit of information in second last paragraph on page one of the announcement released 23 March 2018 titled 'ORINOCO RAISES $12.1 MILLION IN SUCCESSFUL SHARE PLACEMENT'

    That should answer all the questions you have regarding that particular deal.
