After your meeting and some of the things he stated before that, I am prepared to take it on face value that there is a strong chance the deal will come to fruition. Logically, it would be in VC's interest to let that happen. MXC would have afforded them 12 months grace by the end of this year and that should be enough. A lot of companies would not be that understanding though it is also in MXC's long term interest to see the deal up and running as well. I am confident it will happen.
