The very next slide you omitted discusses transport.
Those risks you are raising are the same sort of risks I see in almost all PFS documents I've read and will likely be in other PFS documents you are waiting for from your other investment.
It seems your posts are focused on highlighting negatives. In some ways this is good because nothing you've said so far hasn't been refuted.
