Thanks for the information, hence apart from the $100M payable to Osiris in cash or stock, there are still further royalties due to Osiris on annual sales in excess of US$750M. Hence if the sales of the products are US$750M and MSB earns 15% royalties which is US$112.5M, they get to keep all of it. However if the annual sales are US$800M and the royalties received is US$120M, then Osiris gets US$40M if they are entitled to a 5% royalty. Osiris had a good deal going in my opinion.
