Either he is RE, a professional spin doctor of sort or simply an internet troll, who is very young, who aims to enrage. There is no way that there is anyone who is that stupid especially when it comes to something so black and white. Here we have him arguing a point in defense of BigUn and yet the simple matter is that the company couldn't even release the financial statement as requested by ASIC.
