Wouldn't want a takeover before 1st drill at buffalo for obvious reasons..however nearly all the broker reports point to a takeover, this even before dorado annoucement.
Not having a major shareholder on the register before the next announcements may be beneficial as it might cause competition for majority or blocking stake at higher prices imo
