Just to let you know we were successful in securing the property at auction. Happy with purchase price as got it well under our limit and that was despite going against 5 other bidders. No slow down at this point in time in that suburb.
The decision now is settlement is in 4 months and the clock is ticking, do I sell now to have peace of mind to fund purchase or wait. Like h00ts says if it drops below the 200 moving index it could drop much further, or it could move north very quickly on any good news announcement. Hard call to make as the SP could go either way and by a significant amount in that time and its to hard/to early to call which way its going to go in the next 4 months at this point in time.
