So i did a bit more reading... this study is saying that the thc is found on the outside of the seed due to rubbing against the buds themselves... a dehulled seed contains no thc or cbd.. it is only produced on the flower. Seeing as all seeds are dehulled to be able to eat them i wonder why the thc level of the plant itself matters when in fact none of the plant itself apart from the seed is used.. quite strict rules! Unlucky for those who had to throw away whole crops!
